What is eDemand?
eDemand is a comprehensive web application designed to streamline your business operations. It connects service providers with customers through an intuitive platform that manages bookings, payments, and customer relationships in one centralized system.
With eDemand, you can easily organize your service offerings.
Why is my home screen blank?
If your home screen appears blank, you need to configure the feature sections in the admin panel. This is a common issue for new installations where content hasn't been added yet.
To resolve this issue:
- Log in to your admin panel
- Navigate to "HOME SCREEN MANAGEMENT" → "Feature Sections"
- Add at least one feature section with appropriate content
- Save your changes and refresh your home screen
Once you've added feature sections, your home screen will display the content properly.
Why aren't providers showing in the app or website?
If providers are not appearing in your app or website, please check the following requirements:
Subscription Status:
- Verify that the provider has an active subscription. Providers with expired or inactive subscriptions won't appear in search results.
Location Settings:
- Check that the provider's location falls within the service radius you've configured in the admin panel.
- Ensure the provider has properly set their location coordinates in their profile.
Approval Status:
- Make sure the provider has been approved in the admin panel.
Why aren't categories showing in the app or website?
Categories may not appear in your app or website for the following reasons:
Category Configuration:
- Make sure you have added categories in the admin panel under "Service Management" → "Categories".
- Verify that each category has been properly configured with a name, description, and image.
Empty Categories:
- Empty categories (categories with no active services) will not be displayed in the app or website.
- Add at least one active service to the category to make it visible to users.
Why aren't services showing in the app or website?
If services are not appearing in your app or website, please check these potential issues:
Service Delivery Options:
- Ensure that the service's delivery options ("At Store" and "At Doorstep") match with the provider's available delivery options. If there's a mismatch, the service won't be displayed.
Service Status:
- Verify that the service is marked as "Active" in the admin panel.
- Services with "Inactive" status will not be visible to users.
Admin Approval:
- If the provider has enabled the "Approval Required" option, make sure the service has been approved by an administrator in the admin panel.
- Services pending approval will not be displayed until they are explicitly approved.
