Actions

  • Search FAQs details
    • Search Tab To search the FAQs title or Any other Detail
  • Refresh FAQs list
    • Refresh Tab To Refresh FAQs List
  • Filters
    • Filter Tab Used to filter the FAQs details according to the criteria
  • Edit FAQs
    • Edit Tab Used to Edit the FAQs details
  • Delete FAQs
    • Delete Tab Used to Delete the FAQs Details.

We Can add New FAQs and delete FAQs by following Steps :

Step 1:Adding New FAQs in the FAQs List​

Click on Add FAQs Tab Present On The Right Side

Clicking to the Add FAQs tab a new window will be displayed as follows

Add FAQ

  1. In Question field Enter the Question of the FAQs.
  2. In Answer field Enter the Answer of the FAQs.
  3. In Status field Select the Status of the FAQs.
  4. Click add FAQs to add FAQs or Reset to Reset the form.

Step 2:Delete FAQs from the List​

For Deleting FAQs we need to use Delete Tab as explained above under Actions FAQs.
